Greetings!
BlogFam, Today, I visited the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta, GA. Can we just pause right here? I literally took a deep breath after writing that first sentence because of all the emotions I felt in response to the images I saw that continue to cause a deep wrestling and restlessness within. Unfortunately, as I reflected earlier today while walking through each exhibit, I was reminded, yet again, how I will never understand how anyone can have so much hatred in their hearts for another human being. |

Greetings! BlogFam - Have you ever initiated or been a willing, or maybe not so willing participant in a conversation that seemed to not get to the point soon enough? The kind of conversation that goes on and on and on and on and on... kind of like I am doing with this sentence and in your head, you know that you or the person with whom you are conversing is straight beating around the bush. You begin to think: Will you just make your point already OR would you at least not pretend that what you just said is relevant to the primary topic of discussion that is on your mind? |

Greetings!
BlogFam, HAPPY MONDAY! I wrote a little bit about Mondays last week so I will not do that today. I am sure that I will come back to talk about them again in the future because they just seem to be so significant in this whole weight release process.
Today, I want to talk about an Optical Illusion. First of all, I want to define the word illusion for you. An illusion is a deceptive appearance or impression, a false idea or belief. And I will be very transparent with you, as soon as I wrote that definition, knowing the direction I am going with this blog post, my eyes welled up with tears. |
