 Greetings!
BlogFam, I am writing this blog the day after I received content approval for my final project toward the completion of the Doctor of Educational Ministry degree. It feels good to come to an end of a chapter, to reach a goal that I set years ago, and to know that I did my very best throughout the entire program. I am looking forward to graduation day in just a few weeks when I will receive my degree in hand. While I know that this piece of paper may not mean much to you, for me, it represents so much more than the cost of the paper and the ink that will be on it. |

 Greetings!
BlogFam, DO YOU WANT TO BE FREE?
Yes, I am jumping right on in there today! And the answer is YES or NO! Honestly, as I am asking you, I am asking myself this same question, giving myself the same direct choice between YES or NO. And let me tell you why...
So, on yesterday, I had a conversation with a very dear friend who is helping me to accomplish one of my goals. It is something that I have wanted to do for a very long time and she has been walking with me for months now as I pursue it. |

Greetings!
BlogFam, One of the questions I ask myself as I deliberate my current situation and attempt to anticipate the consequences of decisions I make in the present moment is this: LORD, WHAT IS MY NEXT RIGHT STEP? Now, if you have been reading this blog for a while or have participated in the annual My Vision Fast [ www.MyVisionFast.com], then you are familiar with my raising this question with myself and with you. I know that there are all kinds of decision-making strategies available to us, but this one question seems to capture what I need to know at the time while alleviating some of the anxiety of not knowing every little detail ten steps down the road. |

Greetings!
BlogFam, I woke up this morning thinking about our new series. I was trying to come up with a metaphor that I can use along the way to guide us through our reflections. I am going to do my very best to exhaust all things car related to walk us through this blog series. [If you have ideas or suggestions for me to explore, let me know in the comments]
So, of course, as I began to think about all things car related, things such as the car itself, the keys, the engine, the tires, the seats, the passengers. |

Greetings!
BlogFam, This week makes three months since I have blogged. So much has been happening in my life, in my thoughts, and in my prayers since January. I have needed the space to focus, to process and to prepare for a new direction. Today, I can testify that God has continued to carry me and clarify my way for God's Glory and for that I am beyond grateful.
One of the major projects that I was focusing on was the completion of the Doctor of Educational Ministry degree from Columbia Theological Seminary. |
