What is God's Vision OF Your Life? - Psalm 139:23-24

Greetings!

BlogFam -
When God looks at your heart, what does God see?  Have you ever really thought about that question?  Most of us will jump to the verse of Psalm 139 that offers a positive image of creation filled with gratitude for the Creator's handiwork in creating us just the way we are...

14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

We jump rather quickly to how wonderful we are and for good reason.  After all, from the moment of conception, God had a purpose for our lives, a plan for our journey. We pray about that and we sing about that and we rejoice in that.  So, I am not here to burst your bubble.  I do believe that you were fearfully and wonderfully made from the moment God began to form you in your mother's womb.  However, I am also clear that our whole lives are continuing to be shaped into lifestyles that are filled with works of wonder.  I know that full well.  Without a doubt, I know that when God looks at our hearts, everything that God sees is NOT fearful [reverential, honorable] and wonderful.  God sees things that would make any of us shake our head and wonder why did I do this...again?

BlogFam, I can only imagine God's perspective on our lives.  Having infinite knowledge of the plans God has for us to prosper us and the thoughts that God thinks about us for good and not evil, I wonder how God's vision from heaven to our hearts reflects our awareness of the ever present eye of God.  This is truly worth pausing to consider.  We go from day to day, week to week, and month to month living our lives without regard to this this until we have to face ourselves and then we are confronted with the darkness inside of us that has never been hidden from God.

So on today, we are invited to pray the prayer of all prayers, asking God to LOOK AT US.

23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.

My Friends, what is God's Vision OF your life?  What does God SEE when God searches YOU and YOUR Heart?  Will your heart pass the tests of love, patience, forgiveness, kindness, goodness, meekness, and faith?  Is your heart filled with anxiety and worry about what has been or what is or perhaps what will be?  Is there any offensive way in YOU?

Pause and RE-Consider these questions.

We know that God has a plan FOR  your life' but as your life is in this present moment -
What is God's Vision OF your life?
What does God see about you that is in need of confession and correction,
 revival and re-dedication?

Pause and RE-Consider your answers.

LORD, SEARCH ME, TEST ME, KNOW ME, SEE ME AND THEN LEAD ME in the way everlasting!!!

God Loves You and I Do Too!!!
